There will be a brief moment of hospitality offered by the Curator inside the Museum.
Followed by a tasting of RISOTTO WITH GOOSE RAGÙ AND REFOSCO DI FAEDIS, CHESTNUTS FROM VALLE DI SOFFUMBERGO, ALL PAIRED WITH WINES FROM FAEDIS.

FROM THE FRENCH “MONSÙ” OF NOBLE HOUSES IN THE KINGDOM OF THE TWO SICILIES TO THE ARISTOCRATIC SICILIAN CUISINE IN THE EARLY ‘900
A glimpse of hospitality managed by French chefs known as “Monsù” (from Monsieur, Sir) during the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies in Sicilian noble houses, followed by a discussion on Aristocratic Sicilian Cuisine in the Grand Hotels of Taormina.
The evening will be concluded by the museum curator Donatella Guarneri.
“THE CARRIAGE OUTING AND PICNIC IN THE 19TH CENTURY”
Followed by a tasting themed around the Sicilian Era.
